Purchased a MyVanilla debit card from Walmart for my daughter coming over from the UK, it says a foreign person can register with a passport, we were unable to do that as they decided they need a SSN and she does not have one, so requested the $200 credit be refunded, was told payment would be sent on July 28th 2014, we are now 4th September and they still refuse to make the payment, when you call they say that they have put it to procesing, or there was a mistake on the request for payment but they will never send it, they are now saying that it will be first week of October before it is paid. I have also registered a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and give MyVanilla the details on this, If anyone has Brook Smiths email can you share as I would love to send an email to them on this.
