I am so upset and dont know what to do!!!! This company promised me my headbands, flower and bows by Christmas!!!!! Now I think I may have 3 very unhappy littles girls!!! Before I bought my items (and have yet to receive) i emailed the company several times with questions. ALWAYS got a very quick response. I have now email them 3 times in 2 days and nothing. I even found a # but no answer. I am ill to know that Christmas is2 days away and the one thing that my girls wanted I have to try to find in less than one day. I am so upset with myself that I didnt look into this company sooner!!!! I will have some very upset little girls if I dont have one of the main items they wanted for Christmas. Whats terrible that the ower knew these were gifts for my daughters ntalked about howshe had 2 of her own chidren in the email back to me!!!!!!!!!So she should know how important it is for me to receive these.It is so close to Christmas and I am out that money n need to find more money to get new bows from a mall!!! At least I know I will get them form the mall!!!! Also please beleive she took the money from my account right away!! There was no delay on that!
