These people are very nice and friendly when it comes to selling something! They seemed very professional, but, first mess up - they promised me a delivery of my $4000 pool paid IN CASH within 7 days, and it took them over 2 weeks to deliver.

Now, barely 3 months after I bought the pool, the pump won't work! I called them and they want us to wait a whole week and go all the way to NJ from NY so they can "have a look" at the pump and try and fix it, but, obviously, if they don't manage to fix it, I would have wasted time and money for NOTHING, because as it stands, these "PROFESSIONALS" do not keep extra items in stock, and since the selling of the pool season is over, they do not carry any more 2hp pumps, and they won't have any until next year! They want to give me a 1hp pump and refund me the difference, even when they admit themselves that for the size of my pool, a 1hp won't do anything! What is that all about??? Then I call the store where I bought it from, and this girl tries to brush me off like I am noone and like she doesn't care, and because I tell her that she cannot brush me off like that, and I raise my voice a little, she says "BYEEEEEEEEE" and she hangs up on me! I am DISGUSTED! Even if you try to call the corporate office, THEY BRUSH YOU OFF TOO! They don't care as long as they have their money!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they play it nice till they get your money, and then leave you out there in the cold! I will try my best to get them to pick up the pool and give me my money back, because I really do not want to deal with such people or whatever you wanna call them, ever again!

I am the one who filed the original report, but, I have just received a call from who I think was one of the, in my opinion, nicest managers, from Namco Branch Brook HeadQuarters, who was very understanding and who called with a SOLUTION instead of excuses.

I must admit that I was very pissed off earlier when I filed that report, because I felt that I was left struggling in the water for a couple of days without anyone from their customer service having any consideration for my problem.

I still think that the company's customer service reps need to work on their ethics and skills, but to throw out a whole company was wrong from my side, and that is why I am herewith extending my apologies especially to that nice guy who was so quick in calling me and offering me a solution.

Thanks again (If you read this you know who you are :-) )! I really appreciate your cordiality, professionality and help!
