EDITOR’S COMMENT(7/26/18):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

My firm recently considered contracting with this solo practitioner (((REDACTED))). When we asked our usual background questions about her personal past and present associations, her answers seemed evasive. So one of my associates followed up with a full background survey.

A number of red flags popped up concerning this individual. Most disturbingly, we discovered (((REDACTED))) is closely linked to an individual with a conviction for felony money-laundering. This alone convinced us to take our business elsewhere.

We also discovered that past employers and personal acqaintances, when allowed to speak "off the record", reported a systematic pattern of lying, cheating and deception in Ms. (((REDACTED))) dealings with them.

Anyone interested in following up for themselves can easily find much information by a careful Google search: namely, search the firm's name (((REDACTED))) + "scam" or "cheating" or "deception"

(((REDACTED))) tried to deceive my firm about their integrity, character and fitness. We are filing this report to ensure that no one else is similary scammed by this dishonest individual's misrepresentations.
