EDITOR’S COMMENT:  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED REPORT:

MY NAME IS KEN. I am the grandson of GRANDMA FROM MISSOURI. Recently after years of looking and research we discovered that (((REDACTED))) is living FAT and LARGE selling real-estate for KELLER WILLIAMS REAL ESTATE COMPANY in San Fernando Valley CA. In late 2007 (((REDACTED))) called my grandmother asking her to invest in TWO films. One from (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) and the other from (((REDACTED))) that he owned. They ripped me and my grandmother off for $55,000 dollars. We were able to obtain an attorney general CEASE and DESIST order on (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) but he ran out, disapeared, and went to work for (((REDACTED))) and then had the gall to call my grandmother on another film from that company and rip her off again on the film SPRING BREAK '83 written by MARS CALLAHAN. We also found out he has an arrest record for stalking and other personal issues. I will never give up until his real estate licence has been revoked, if it hasn't already. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SOCIOPATH! 

We are filing a Civil law Suit in the Los Angeles Superior Court in August. We have found he is married and has two children maybe three. We pity his poor poor wife. He apperently is an abusive sub-man. See you in court (((REDACTED)))
