Complaint Review: Nate McClinton - Internet

I too was scammed by Nathaniel McClinton. I was able to find my car but not after it had 15K miles over the lease and over $1200 in parking tickets YES $1200!! the people that had my car would park in handicap zones and off course did not care since it was not there car. In addition they never paid the registration and used a fake sticker to cover up the fact. They changed the wheels and tires which I had to replace with OEM and they damage the vehicle which needed body work. Not to mention pay back payments, late payments and the remaining lease payments in order to keep my credit clean. Good thing I work for a living, unlike Nate Mcclinton who steals for a living. I just returned the car but not after I paid thousands of dollars. I went to the police and after requesting the demand I had to wait 30 days before I could report the car stolen. I'm glad I was able to recover faster than that but not after calling him every hour. I suggest to the persons that have not recovered their vehicle go to the policy demand the car and continue to call him and he makes it a priority to recover your car immediately!! The worst nightmare in my life. The people he deals with are the SAME as him. Nate Mcclinton thinks this is all a joke and does not care about anyone but himself. The sad part is that this guy is married and has a small child. I wonder what his wife thinks? I wonder if she is reading this or did he scam her too? and his poor offspring? what type of example does he give? The guy is a fraud and also claims he is a financial advisor. When I demanded my car back the guy stalled and would not give up the persons number or current address. He claim he was not responsible for the car. The fact was that he did not know where the car was, in fact he re-subleased the car to someone else without my permission and collected another fee. When he did find the car he had me pick up the key and the car in different locations. He would not meet me. The guy is a sorry excuse for a man that he can't even take responsibility for his actions and such a low life pitty person that would not even show his face. LOSER!!! I think with all the people that have had the courage to post their stories that this scam may be over. I expect to see more people post his scam. it's just a matter of time before this guy is in jail for straight FRAUD. I hope Nate feels good about what he did to people and their lives and I hope the immediate gratification of making money off us is worth running for the rest of his life because with all the people he has pissed off he will be working under the table for a long long LONG time. He will not be able to have a bank account, not be able to have a job where his wages will not be garnished he will not be able to buy property, he will be subleasing from another Nate Mcclinton because NO ONE will give him credit. What a way to live..sad...sad....sad. 

I am also a victim of Nate's. I actually took the case to small claims court, Yet he is no where to be found. I have a lawyer working on the case and I would like all of us to come together. I have also been scammed by Nate in the exact manner described by all of the other posters.  I also have access to a fraud reporter.  We need to all get together and stop Nate, and stop our losses!  Please contact me via email at (((REDACTED))).  If the TV station is contacted by all 6 or 7 of us together, I have been told they will do the story.  We will expose Nate, and we will be able to cut our losses.  I am sorry you all had this same experience.  I look forward to getting in touch with each of you and look forward to bringing Nate down! WOW do people throw the "class action" thing around and sound like idiots. A class action lawsuit is:  A group of people that have been harmed in the same way by the same person or institution and the court agrees that the courts and the plaintiffs and the defendant are all going to have their interests best served in this manner. I hope you have fun filing your "class action". If you find a lawyer that will file please post his contact info. :)
