Complaint Review: nathalie powell - toronto Ontario

I would like to report Nathalie Powell using a SCAM to lure people to buy a samsung galaxy s3

I was in san diego recently and was looking for a galaxy s3 when i ran across her ad. I had emailed her only to get a reply that she recently moved to toronto but the phone was still for sale. 

I got her information and she offered to sell the phone to me. This appears to be the same time she was selling the same time to other victims.  she found a company in Canada that allows me to get the phone before she gets the money, and if I'm not satisfied with the product I'll get a refund. This company is called CCL Logistics.

Here is where the everything seems haphazard. I am only reporting this because i was at the western union about to send money till the lady at the counter advised me she has a very high suspicion that this was a scam. Unfortunately before this i didn't put two and two together

first nathalie just "moved from san diego to toronto" hmmm why was so eager to get rid of her galaxy during her move. ok understandable to a certain degree

second, she was in toronto but she wanted to use a person in UK to do the transaction!! RED FLAG during our discussion over the email i accidently told her i'd be sending payment to her address in toronto which she adamantly was against. hmmm RED FLAG!!! why wouldnt she want money to be sent to her legal address. Perhaps she is using someone elses address?

Either way only after the western union lady advised me i got online and realized i was about to lose 200 dollars if it wasnt' for her. I realize this Nathalie powell swindled a lot of people and i was about to be next but i thought i'd still share my story to warn others of this lady. Also look at the warranty section. why would you get a phone with 12 months warranty left. that means she bought it like the same month she's selling it???

Cosmetic problems found: none (we have inspected the cell phone for everything from minor scratches to signs of intensive use).
