Nathan Cuneen has chosen to supply false evidence to his lawyer for submission in court. Unfortunately, there are very serious penalties attached to this and the charges of fraud he has to answer for. He will be required to answer to the supreme court of Australia in Febuary.
I assume he feels secure in America, thinking that Australian law is unable to touch him. I expect him to believe he can escape judgement and eventual prosecution. As the ACCC , ASIC and the CDPP are appraised of the coming court case. So with 3 and a half months to go, the eventuall appointment of a liquidator to bankrupt him. I expect him to be out of America and in Australian jail about mid July.
It is sad to find that he chose to destroy many peoples finacial security, cause them to lose their homes, devastate the reputation of numerous other businesses involved with him in Australia.
