Citibags - Nathan Traders NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OR MY MONEY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! ripoff Houston Texas
I ordered a bad for $145 from citibags.com around mid May of 2006 and a confirmation email with no phone #s or a way for me to track my order. I emailed the company but got no response. Found their # online called and a guy picked up. This # was his cell. He acted confused and told me order will be shipped "soon".
Two weeks later, no order. I called again, but no answer. I Then got a response to the email I previously sent from a girl named Tiffani who wrote that their warehouse just moved to a new location (yeah, right!) and my order will be shipped in 2 days.
Well, right now it's December 2006 and I still have no bag. I have been unable to reach anyone since. I obviously never got my money back either. It's been 6 months and feel completely stupid. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CITIBAGS! They are a huge scam!
