Nation Wide Information Services Group false promises ripoff Corning NEW YORK
Ontario, Inc. RIPOFF, ALL PROMISES BUT NO DELIVERY, tHEY TAKE THE MONEY & NEVER GIVE WHAT IS PROMISED .....
Nation Wide Contacted me via telephone. They said for a one time payment of 219.00 they would get me a National Bank credit card with a minimum of 1000.00 limit. They said it would be a low interest card and promised that issue was gaurenteed or my money back.
They debited my checking acoount on Aug 9th, 2002. I heard nothing nor did I receive any thing via the mail. I called them on Sept 6th, and of course no one answered except the voice mail which said they would return my call within 48 hours. I did receive that call 2 days later.
I told them I was getting nervous as 30 days should have been ample time for some type of response but they assured me my card was on the way. I recieved nothing so 2 weeks later I called again and left my callback #. No return calls. I called everyday for a week and no return call.
by some freak chance I called on Oct 28th and someone actually answered the phone. I explained that I had recieved nothing from them not even my contract #. She Told me that my package had gone out in the mail on Oct 1st. She said she would send it again at which point I told her I wanted notheing from them except my money back. She attempted to talk me into letting her send the package.... again and I replied that I wanted nothing but my money.
She Told me they would contact me by Friday Nov 1st and process my refund. Needless to say I have not been contacted and I have called everyday. Please if someone has information or knows of a way to help me get my money back let me know.
