File a report with the New York Attorney General they can't collect outside New York. File a complaint with the FTC send the collection company a cease and desist letter that they can't contact you and have fun also see this site at bud hibbs he had a listing of many of these crooks in the agency section http://www.budhibbs.com/index.html http://www.budhibbs.com/debtcollectorpages/national_action_financial_service.htm

If this so called collection agency calls again and the 3 shows up Do not answer the phone ask the phone company about blocking the # from calling . Also if your phone has a speaker and a hold but when they call again hit the speaker button do not say a word then hit the hold button. Everytime they call do this

Its not your responsibilty to prove YOU PAID IT - ITS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO VALIDATE THE DEBT IS YOURS. THEY CAN'T that is why they continue to call you. This collection agency is a KNOWN FDCPA Violator - read about them here http://www.budhibbs.com/debtcollectorpages/national_action_financial_service.htm
