National Audit Defense Network rip-off! They failed to return fee with 30 day guarantee. Las Vegas Nevada
Requested info on tax strategy on Oct. 2000. Became uncomfortable and submitted fax in NOv. 2000 advising of request to cancel and requesting return authorization #. Received the run around and kept getting promises, calls etc up until 2002. Was promised that if I kept service and did not receive $3,000. tax benefit in 1st 12 months could receive a refund of my 2 year fee of $1,400.
At 12 months, submitted another request for refund of fee and cotinued to get run around all the way up to May, 2002. All they kept tryin to do was to get me to give them more money, of which I was not interested. I really am mad at myself for falling for all the promises, guarantees and smooth talking. I should have just submited a dispute with my credit card company in the first 60 days and I could have had this resolved. They smooth talked me out of my 60 day window. I normally don't fall for this kind of thing and I'm really mad at myself. I'm just glad I did not listen to any of their recommendations.
