I recently received a letter stating that I had won 1,900,000 dollars and all I had to do is send in 19.99 to process the paperwork. It had all kinds of seals and notary stamps and was signed. Idecided to look it up on the internet and found out it was a scam before I sent my money. I'm one of the lucky ones thanks to RipOffReport. DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY!
