National Awards Committee ripoff Kansas City Missouri
I too recently received a official looking letter from the National Awards Committee, stating that I should send a fee of 12.89 in order to receive a bonus shipment of a pendant of some kind. The letter reads very cleverly and does not state that it is in fact a sweepstakes draw. Within the text it also states Purchase Not Necessary, so I did not enclose a cheque but sent off the rest of the docs; I have now received another letter saying that my entry is now at Limbo status and requested the moeny yet again.
Being in a very vulnerable financial situation presently I was left wondering why these people are chasing one person for what would seem like a meesly amount to them. I did start thinking that this must be for real but then I came to the Rip-off site and there you are
We have all been told so many times that you should not pay anyone anything if you are a genuine winner.
I feel very cheated and angry, and sadly I would still have sent the money off, if I only had it.
