National Carpet Care has quality control in house, We keep a detailed log and description of the day, job by job. If a technician were preforming a service in that time frame it would be recognized immediately as a RED FLAG. It is not physically possible for anyone (even the most experianced technician) to complete a service in 10 minutes. The work preformed is not described as unsatisactory simply that it was quick. Our technicians do not intend to take anymore of your time than neccessary to complete the service that you have requested. With some customers this may seem as hurried in others it is appreciated. National carpet care has a work order that contains a signature by the customer that states "Customer signature constitutes contracted work has been satisfactorily completed". In addition the customer service dept., is available for resolution, that avenue was an option that was never utilized.
