National Credit Education & Review is a RIPPOFF SCAM that STEALS YOUR MONEY & DOES NOTHING FOR YOU!!! Kansas City Missouri
I signed up with NCER with the best of intentions-to repair my credit score and ranking. I was assured,assured that most troubling aspects of your credit history could be contested and legally removed. All that was required was some patience and the $400 fee. I eagerly signed up although I thought the fee was high. I received an enrollment package of two credit repair books which contained information on reparing your credit yourself.
Any of this information could have been easily bought for $19.95 at a local book store or received free of charge from consumer advocacy groups.I was again ASSURED that my "case" would be handled by an individual rep assigned to me. NEVER.
NOT ONCE did I ever receive a call,followup,notification or status report of my account. I called several times and was placed on hold for 10/20/30 min and always told that my account was still processing and to call back in a few weeks. No superviser was available on the 8 calls I made to the office after months of NOTHING BEING DONE.
This has been going on 9 months and not a single message has been returned or information sent to me. The 1800# I was initially given was also cancelled.
THIS COMPANY IS A FIGMENT OF OUR IMAGINATION DESIGNED TO FOOL YOU INTO GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY AND THEN "DISAPPEARING IN PLAIN SIGHT".DO NOT GET TAKEN AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN_FILL OUT A REPORT!!
