National Dealer Warranty Car repair cost way too much- be protected by our warranty is a load of bs Lee's Summit St. Peters Missouri
I bought an extended warranty or should i say i pay for but they cant talk to me because my name isnt on the policy even though i pay the bill and the car is mine. Any way, i bought the car at 98k miles and the service schedule and history' says that the timing belt should be serviced at 60k miles and again every 60k miles. I'm being told that the timing belt which should be changed at 60,000 and 120,000 i have 112,000 is what is wrong with my car and the warranty wont fix it because I didn't replace it at 105,000 miles then another person at the warranty told me it was 106,000 and then i faxed them what dodge said which is that i had the car in the shop when it had 107,050 miles and the recommended repairs and maintenance said nothing about a timing belt. Yet the warranty told me that ALL DATA is telling them one thing and dodge another. This was done on Thursday 3-19-09 and they told me they would investigate this and get back to me. It is now Saturday 3-22-09 at 8:23pm and still haven't heard back from them. IT is a Dodge Car!!! Why would anyone But Dodge matter on the recommended maintenance? That would be like me telling someone I know that Dodge told you to change the oil every 3,000 miles but All DATA is saying to change it every 106,000 and the next day 105,000. First off All Data sounds like a generalized data system, Secondly they cant even keep the number configuration that they try to give me the same it changed by 1,000 miles from one person you talk to; to the next and Third off it is one of the main reasons we got the warranty what else am i paying for otherwise?
