National Direct Mail - Syd Michaels Is A Scam Artist In Automotive Direct Mail Syd Michaels of National Direct Mail outsources all of his automotive mail campaigns and never pays his invoices even after signing contracts! Milton Georgia
Automotive Staffed Sales Event companies nationwide use full service direct mail companies like mine to fulfill their direct mail campaigns that generate consumers to the automotive showrooms for weekend sales events. Syd Michaels organization, National Direct Mail, has contracted several direct mail campaigns through my organization and then decided not to pay us the $15,000 he owes us. My organization has provided him copies of the signed contracts, the USPS postal receipts, our internal job processing documentation and call tracking reports from the mail piece we sent to him to confirm we fulfilled our end of the agreement. When the President of our company spoke with him over the phone about payment, he made up reasons not to pay. One of them being that "he just didn't have the money and decided not to pay us because times are hard right now." We are an honest, transparent and accountable mail business that provided him excellent work and customer service at very low profit margin pricing. We were simply taken advantage of by this excuse for a businessman. Should you run into this organization, I suggest you deny your services to him so that you do not suffer the same experience as we have had.
