I owe money to citi bank. I have been in and out of the hospital due to brain surgery, which is why I owe this money. I want to pay it off. I just got out of the hospital and recieved messages from a man named Garry Cooper. Mr. cooper was very rude just the other day he called well my husband just hung up on him Mr. cooper didn't like that too much he called back like 2 min. later left a nasty message saying "that wasn't a very smart move whoever hung up on me i'm requesting a call back with in 24 hrs. if you dont call back i'm gonna make a decision with out you and it won't be in your behalf". Mr. cooper has also called my place of bussiness the same night and left another nasty message yelling at me on my business phone (which my boss gets all the messages). I just left a message with NFS(a nasty one) and told them "I'm dealing with CITI bank not NFS and not to call me again". All this company does is yell and make threats they hide behind a phone and call with fake names.
