NHCD is such a huge rip off to employees and customers. They will do anything to the employee not to pay them. It doesn't matter what part of the company you are working in. I worked in leads. My first pay check was only 90.00 should have been more. My second paycheck was only 55.00. My 3rd pay check was 87.50. My 4th pay check was 59.00 and now they are saying I owe them -12.00.
I owe them money I don't understand that one. I really don't. I tried and tried my hardest to get them leads. Only to end up having them returned which makes no sense why are pay should be taking away because some said they were interested and then ended up not being interested or they lied about stuff. Then I am the one who is punished go figure. I feel since we worked to get the leads then we should be paid for them the normal pay nothing deducted doesn't matter if they lie about anything.
Also then they ask you to do the Natures Beauty Bar. I don't feel as I got paid for the survey's I had gotten filled out. Then I went into recruiting which was a big and sort of laughable mistake. You learn alot about the company when working in recruiting. They lie to people to get them to work for the company. They push for the long distance. Which means to me that they are selling long distance. I mean don't get me wrong I love my phone company no problem with them. Except for in the beginning. I mean I don't see the big deal with people using there own long distance carrier it is after all unlimitied which is no different then what they would get with with others. I had two hires that were like that. I only got $2.00 for those hires. Which was a huge rip off.
I worked to get those hired and only to get $2.00 that is so sad. I mean especially when they tell you that personal referrals are 10.00 a hire they don't tell you at first they have to be with there phone company. I mean I put some money into the company figuring it was something that good help me eventually quit my outside the home job. Which I am glad to say that I didn't.
I am writing this to warn people signing up to work with NHCD!! Don't you aren't getting what they say you are.
