Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I would like to warn all that this company will never pay you for all your efforts. I also worked for this company for 2 years and worked my butt off and was told I was a leads manager. After I put in tons of work that I was expected to do like training new employees, keeping up with my hours and schedules, it was all for NOTHING! Only later did I find out that all the people I was training and my efforts were getting rewarded to the upper management!

I was told and told I was making my team and I would be successful, because of all my work I had done for this company. I think it is horrible that they gave most of us lead managers pay to the sr. managers and not us, that did most of the work and never got any compensation. I think this company was so wrong in not informing us and we should be compensated for all the lost hours and time away from my family and life. NHCD should be ashamed of what they have become and what a insensitive rip off company they truly are.

Please! Anyone listening and wants to join this FIASCO of a company: DON'T. Read ALL the complaints. How can this employee say this Company is fine to work for? I guess ALL the people who have taken the time to COMPLAIN about being ripped off, and money still being taken out of their banking accounts etc. are CRAZY right? PLEASE! NHCD initially gets over 50.00 from you and thats how they STAY IN BUSINESS. Add up how many people join and NEVER get this money back. RIP OFF, RIP OFF and RIP OFF

Kristin. I understand your point-of-view, however, I'm sure you aren't aware that NHCD charges it's reps for an access code costing the company nothing. Also, Grant makes commission off every single call you make. The problem here is that the company is making money mostly from its workers, not its sales. It isn't simply a case of independent contractor pays for office expenses. Folks posting to this site have much more inside experience with NHCD than you realize. From a rep, not management standpoint you miss out on the inners actions of this organization. Become a manager Kristin, you'll begin seeing what everyone else is talking about.

I want to first say that I am so disappointed in the negative comments made on NHCD. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but I feel alot are false statements. First of all, I am not being paid to make this rebuttal. I am doing this on my own accord. I have been the company for sometime now, and have never had a problem with the company. I receive my paycheck each week, and my managers are awesome. One thing I see alot of being said is on the access code fee. This is an Independent Contractor position. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for the things are needed or required to have to work from home. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN COMPUTER, INTERNET, PHONE LINE, PAPERS, PENS ETC. You claim these items as tax deductions at the end of the year. I think this is the biggest problem and most do not understand this concept. Being an independent contractor allows for alot more tax deduuctions. Almost all work from home positions are catergorized as such. You are not paying to work with NHCD! If the company was so illegimate, then why is NHCD a member of the BBB? Why do major pharmacies such as CVS, Eckerd, Walmart pharmacies, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical Centers accept our discounts? If NHCD was so illegimate, these companies would have nothing to do with NHCD and our programs. If you decided to terminate your own employment, you should respectfully and professionally contact your manager. Managers are not psychic, so if you no longer wish to work, then let someone know. I firmly feel NHCD has been given a bad name due to the ignorance of those who have posted here. Those who have bashed this company should be ashamed of themselves. Happy and Content working from home for NHCD!
