National Health Care Discount They try so hard not to pay their reps Overland Park Kansas
Everytime I hear something new about this company it makes my stomach churn. Why don't they shut this place down?
Anyway, I just wanted to layout for all, the ways NHCD makes it difficult to get paid.
*You must report hours. In itself, this is not a big deal, but when you consider that they require their reps to show 51% of their claimed hours as working away from the telephone, you begin to see the problem here. Firstly, most reps DONT spend 51% of their time away from the phone, so they have to enter their hours incorrectly or they won't get a paycheck and will be put on notice for deactivation.
Basically they are forcing their reps to lie in order to get paid. They say this is because many of the reps are working with the beauty bar and will spend this amount of time away from the telephone. Most of the reps I know do not work with the beauty bar. Secondly, if you don't claim time, even with leads turned in, they will not pay you. Thirdly, as independent contractors, it should not matter whether you turn in time or not!! You are turning in work and legally, they should not be allowed to enforce this garbage. It's just another way they can attempt to keep your hard-earned money!!
