When something is asked of me, I just do it without question." The difference between yourself and us, is that we made the mistake of sticking around for anywhere from 5-7 years. I to did what was asked of me with no questions and did work my way up the ladder. Until..I began questioning Kath*ie Bradl*y(NJ) HeHeHe. And she goes and whines and cries and gets her way. So you to will be disappointed somewhere down the road!

DeeDee, DO NOT make assumptions about me, you don't know me at all. I have a family, a life, and count on the money I work for, just like you. The difference between you and me? I don't talk about people behind their backs and I am honest about the dealings I have. I also do not get involved with other employees personal vendettas against the company. I don't jump on bandwagons. I never have and I never will. But that is just me, I I find one thing to be very curious....it appears that there are many, many complaints about NHCD. But it is really just a few people making the same statements over and over again. I also noticed how petty you guys are. When someone new comes onboard, you guys are like sharks; making comments and almost seeming to enjoy another person's pain. Like a peanut gallery. I would be embarrassed if I behaved in that manner.

You can just keep saying that to your self but some of us know from experience that it will happen to you oneday no job no notice ..and good buisness sense is not.To not notify the employees ..the company i work for has been in buisness since way before any of us were born and it is still growning when they do away with a department they have to give you other options and at least 6 months notice nothing happens over night .you must be one of those employess tha have been brain washed take it from some of us managers that have been used and abused ...waiting on checks several checks bounceing soon after you already deposited and spent it ..you may one of those employes that work for something to do so it does not mattter to you you ..I have a child and a house to provide for ...if i was you i would listen very very carefully to what you read ..I was you once ..oh this is not true and sticking up for the company..but you have to kiss butt and lie to the customers and the employees to keep you job..

I have a real issue with all the whining and complaining that some people are doing. I have been an employee for well over a year and have moved from Dept. to Dept. and been successful in each Dept. the entire time. My paychecks have never bounced. I do know of one employee's check bouncing...but when Senior Management was told, they took quick action and the employee was paid IN FULL. Included were extra funds to replace bank fees as well. Closing down the Leads Dept. made sense. It was good business since they had an abundance of unused/uncontacted leads that they could re-work. So what if they did not notify the employees. What makes you think any company would take operational decisions to the employees? I applaud this company for thinking ahead. Besides, they offered everyone in the Leads Dept. a chance to move into one of the other Depts. About the phone bills and access codes: If you don't know how to read a contract, then you should not be working in the grown-up world. EVERYONE can research a company BEFORE they join. It is sad that they did not do their homework at the beginning, but want to cry because they flunked the test. The information is right there, in black and white for ALL to see. They tell you EXACTLY how to stop the phone service should you no longer need it. If you did not do that, then you deserve what you get.

So they get the leads from India, get rid of the recruiting dept--they no longer need one, and sit back and wait. Wait for all the hooplah to calm down about the company. Then start all over again. Muahahahahaha. Starting to sound like a conspiracy advocate aren't I? Well, keep your eyes, ears, and fingers working, and stay on top of everything they're up to. And keep everyone else informed. I'm sure they'll pop up somewhere else very soon. So where are all these NHCD supporters now?

Maybe the leads are coming from India????? If you work in the Personel Dept. watch out for more than likely you will be the next to go. NHCD ran for a long time without a Personel Dept. It does not surprise me that this happened overnight, that has been how everyone who has been let go from the company were notified.

If the leads department is gone now, I'm just wondering who the sales reps are selling to? I mean, if they have no leads coming in--are they cold-calling now? Hehehehe Or, they don't have enough lead generation people, so they're pushing recruiting or something? Who knows how this company thinks... It's all pretty pathetic but well worth having a giggle about.
