National Healthcare Solutions, NBS, Association Lifestyle Reform deceived me by claiming to be affiliate/participant in numerous national PPO insurance networks Ontario, Chino Hills California
I was trying to buy affordable health insurance for my 2 employees. We ourselves are in the health industry. The tip off is that the folks answering the phone at NBS or National Healthcare Association are initially polite until you ask the tough question such as what is your physical location or business license or why do you not have my name,social security number etc in your computer when you took it down a few weeks ago? Why do you not know who or what Association Lifestyle Reform is when this is the "affiliate" insurance that you sold me? The response from the NAtional Healthcare Association guy, Pete, and many others, "Why are you being so difficult and mean?" Note well I , the consumer am especially speak slowly and evenly in order to not indicate anger or fear. This Pete guy continues"I am trying to help you. I have no idea of who you are or what this Association Lifestyle Reform thing is?" And he is the protoplasm answering their 888 number. I later called Association Lifestyle Reform and asked for the lady to identify the participating PPO insurances they alluded to in the packet. After a long pause, she protested that she could not give such information and that I should ask my employees to call her and indicate that they gave me permission to ask about their health plan. When my employees called and asked why none of the doctors on the faxed list knew of them and would refuse to offer any alleged discounts, suddenly they were put on hold, then the line dropped, then the voice mail that they were gone for the day in late morning of an ordinary weekday like 12-4-08. Hours later about 3:30 pm they , the scums at Association Lifestyle Reform,would answer. Today, 12-5-08 their gone for the holiday voicemail started at a ridiculous 1:30 pm PST after all I am in Northern California and they claim to be in Southern California. indicating the various options and their hours are Mon-Fri 7 am to 4pm. lest they are guilty of infringing upon privacy of the employees for whom I paid using my bank account. Many paths lead to hell: Association Lifestyle reform, has multiple phone numbers 877-378-9240, same as NBS, 888-490-5774 yet none are listed with the phone company and they skirt the question of where is the physical address, of course there are at least 3 different fax numbers, a special one if you want to cancel as there is a "special address" should you want to cancel which is not the address where you send your monetary and id information. Their outgoing voicemail today 12-5-08 and often states"We are open 0700 to 4 pm Pacific Standard Time and this message is received at 1:33 pm on Fri 12-5-08 continuously and indicates they are "gone for the holiday and will be back on Monday". Funny I didn't hear that voicemail last pm when I called after 5 pm. People we need to unite! We work too hard to give our money to scum especially in these hard times!

PLEASE DO NOT BE DUPED BY NATIONAL HEALTHCARE OR NATIONALWIDE HEALTHCARE BENEFITS OR WHATEVER NAME THE PERSON ON THE OTHER LINE, INCLUDING "PETE" AND "RONNIE" OR "ROD" TELL YOU ON THE PHONE. IT IS ALL A SCAM. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS A MONTH. THEY LAUGHED AT ME ON THE PHONE BEFORE HUNGING UP ON ME.
