This company has one of the most unorganized billing and customer service operations in the world. They send you books, calendars, etc. on gardening which is ok and then when you send them back on your nickel the nightmare begins. They will harrass the crap out of you for months after you send the item you didn't want back and when you send them even the nastiest of letters they claim you haven't rsponded to their notices. They want you to pay for items you no longer posess due to the fact they were sent back in the original packaging.
I respect the fact that they have 500,000 members as I work for a Large Corporation that excels in customer service. They need to quit acting like everyone except them is on the take and actually Call the customer they are having perceived payment problems with and talk to them personally. Not just generate dunning notices that tick people off when they know they have made the situation right.
