National Home Gardening Club Rip off Hopkins, Minnesota
Joined this Gardenning Club for one year but they sent me a bill for 2 years. I paid it for the two years as there was no one year option & I was interested in the free gifts of Fiskars Pruner, Kneeling Cushion & $100 grocery coupon, then they sent me the Membership packet. It had some coupons for gas rebates in it which have quarterly limits on them & some flower seeds. It included a flier to go to a website to claim the rest of my free gifts. Problem is the website they included does not exist. I have tried it several times & it just takes you to a site to join them with the same promise for the free gifts the mail solicitation included. You are supposed to be able to enter the member number they sent to claim the free gifts. There is no place on the site to do this. They also sent me another bill for the two year dues which I have already paid. I am very disappointed in the outcome. I suppose the rest of the member benefit incentives 13 in all will be just as disappointing but at least I should recieve a nice magazine (I hope). I do have benefit #6 (a plastic Member Card)

After making the report on here & some mail communications they did send me my free items but then wanted me to pay to be a Life Member which I have no intention of doing. They also enrolled me in a book club which I have asked to be removed from. They did acknowledge I had paid my 2 year dues after a couple of letters with proof of payment. I did get my member card. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Thank you for your help
