Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In February 2008 we received a toner cartridge via UPS. The address was ours and it was in the name of the person who orders office supplies, but did not contain an invoice. We had never spoken to this company and never ordered the toner. On March 14 we received an invoice for a toner cartridge that was from a vendor (National Imaging Systems) not familiar to us. The amount of the invoice was about 3 times what you would expect to pay for the toner cartridge. On March 17, I called National Imaging Systems, and told them that I was returning the cartridge. Victoria told me that I was out of the 30 day return period. I told her I had not ordered the cartridge to begin with--she insisted I had. She told me that if we returned the cartridge, we would receive a $20 credit, but the balance of the invoice would still be due. I told her we would not be paying it, and hung up.

Victoria called me back to say I was unprofessional for hanging up, and that if we didn't pay, National Imaging Systems would make a negative report on our credit file.

We are returning the toner, but beware--do not give out names of people within your company. Scammers like National Imaging Systems use this information.

hello my name is patience i dnt work for the company yu were scamed from but i do work at the real national imaging systems in baltimore its not our fault that these people stoll the name of our company and used it for a scam so you could have been a little curdiouse to our company and not state dont give any names to national imaging because that affects our buissness and wether we get sales or not. they think we are a scam if the phone says the call is from california that is a scam so dnt even pick it up but if its from baltimore md. its the real thing so remember that next time.

Sincerely, patience

I had almost the same exact experience with this company. They sent me a cartridge they said was an "evaluation" and called me quite often to ask if I had used it. Eventually they sent an invoice for payment and after going round with "Theresa" I told them I was shipping it back and I would never do business with her company. She replied about the $20 credit and that's fine, I will never pay this invoice either. They like to use common scare tactics, ie they are in contact with legal council. In closing, NEVER do business with this people, this is how they do business.

giving out names. "do not give out names of people within your company. Scammers like National Imaging Systems use this information." Some of this information can actually be found in a library - and now on the net I'm sure. There are books with company listings and who their key personel are.
