national loan recoveries llc Herbert Rossenthal i have never heard of this company or lawyer. the next thing i know i have recieved a letter from the court saying i've been sued & they are garnishing my wages Maryland
On April 13, 2013 I received a letter from the District Court of MD stating a lawsuit was filed against me and I was sued by National Loan Recoveries LLC. And my wages are going to be garnished. This is the only correspondence I have ever received. I do not know this company nor do I even know what I owe to them if anything. I never receive any court papers telling me I was being sued. I never had an opportunity to try and resolve this matter. How can someone just sue a person without any prior notice?
