I just got a call from their lawyer(727-524-3600) stating what they do is legal. I am here to tell you people its not legal and YES it does hurt your credit rating. I own a credit repair firm, and they pulled 2 of my clients credit reports and it hurt there score and now 1 of them can't get a home loan due to deduction of the score. I called JOHN GOLDEN ID#41371 and he thinks its funny and a game, all he does is baby-sit the callers in there telemarketing office.

William hood is the CEO and Dave Macey is the office manager. Anyone who is having problems with this firm just file a online complaint with the Florida attorney general office

and with the FTC.

Truly yours,

They are running "soft" credit checks. They come into possession of lists which contain enough vital information on your clients to do this. You should advise your clients to NEVER give out their DOB's or SSN's without an essential, legal purpose. State DMV's are also guilty of selling this information in some instances. As to the correction of this specific problem, the Tampa law firm of James, Hoyer, Newcomer and Smiljanich at phone number 727-823-3837 are involved in several class-action lawsuits against the company. Contact their Investigator Ron Jordan, and tell them you were referred by Chuck DeNova. Victoria Butler at the State Attorney General's office has an ever growing file on them. Good luck.
