Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I hired this company to take care of my marketing needs for a business that is trying to take flight. After two months of waiting for business cards to arrive at my door, and absolutly none of the promised customers viewing my site, I called National Marketers, LLC. I wanted to find out what the hold up was, and let them know that I had waited too long, and hired another marketing firm in thier place.

I was greeted by a snotty sales person, (the same one who took my money initially). When I asked what the situation was, and told her what remedy I thought would be acceptable to the problem, I was asked, "are you going to keep running your mouth? Or are you going to listen. I then knew that I had made a serious mistake in hiring this firm to begin with.

I asked for the name and contact information of their legal department and was told that " this IS the legal department!" (Again by the same individual who ripped me off. To this I asked, " How is this the legal department AND the sales department? I was told that, "the manager ( Paul Ames) takes care of anything legal, but I can give YOU a 99.95% chance that he will tell you that you are out of luck if you want your money back.

I was told that they had already spent $375.00 towards the advertising for my business. When I asked how that was possible, I was told that things had been done for my advertising. I told the person on the phone again that I wanted the contact info for their legal department. She hung up on me! Not one time, not two times, three times!

I am very displeased with the demeanor of the people who work for this company, and even more displeased with the knowledge that there ARE actually people out there who will suck someone dry that is trying to better their life.

Companies have every right, both legally and ethically, to set and enforce their own refund policy. When you sign a contract with a company and consent to that companies no refund policy, then that means you don't get a refund. Its pretty simple. It does not mean that something wrong has been done to you, it also doesn't mean you have been ripped off. Its very disturbing how people frivolously throw that term around now a days. Also, this customer has it backwards regarding who was rude. I pulled the phone recordings to ensure that my staff did not do as was said, and it turns out that we were very polite and the customer was cussing, threatening and ranting. Also we told the client we don't do the free business cards anymore. That is a free gift we used to offer. Its not what our clients pay us to do. People don't listen, they like yelling and cussing too much to stop and listen. I don't pay my staff to be psycologists or councelors, it is not our job to sit and let people dump all their repressed hostilities on us. When people start cussing or being rude, they are warned once, then they are let off the phone till they can talk like an adult. We have done exactly what this client hired us to do, without glitch, on time and well. This person does not have a real complaint. Some people just love to make a fuss, even if they have to make up a reason. Perhaps if these people had had just one more hug when they were little they would have been ok. Im sorry for these people but its not my fault or my responsibility. I have a job to do and dont have time for such things. Our clients count on us to do our job well and that is, and always has been our focus. Which is why we have a perfect reputation as a business with the BBB and World commerce....This is our 3rd complaint on this site, and we still have done absolutely nothing wrong to anybody. Its too bad, this site was intended for serious and credible matters. Not to be wasted with frivolous and made up complaints. Its too bad. People used to come here for real information. sad. Sincerely, Paul, Owner National Marketers
