Seems reasonable, pay per sale versus pay per lead right?
Well here is the trick, if you issue a contract that says you are not committed to perform then give the client leads that fail to meet specifications and you get to walk away with the set-up fee.
This company has no commitment to perform, they claim oh we only get paid when you sell something to the lead so it's your fault! so the story goes, I'm out over $800 in set-up fees. Do I know that they made a single call no, do I know they aren't just sending the same list to everyone? no
Save your money and frustration.
They will appear genuine at first but have no intention to make money from your closed sales they just want the set-up fee.
By the way they use the BBB as their credibility maker and they ask you to file a complaint with the BBB then use their contract to show they innocently are victims of a bad investment because you couldn't sell the leads they gave you so its your fault Mr. Customer that our bad leads didn't generate a sale so we are out of pocket the man hours to call ? see the scam!
They are poor to return phone calls. Can't spell peoples names, and don't follow directions. Any if you ask them to provide a test call for your inspection they wont' do it because to them it causes problems for their telemarketers.
They only use their first name the people i dealt with is
Gloria -claims to be a company owner but she does sales
David- calm voice or reason - a real deveious guy
Jay - supposed customer service but you have to call him to get anything.
First Lead list appeared after 3 phone calls and 4 emails 70 days after the contract was signed. 6 leads were provided all off target to specifications agreed upon. at 90 days a second list was provided after saying just return my money, same day in fact. They never leave a return number and always blame their client.
Simply put just avoid them and save your money.
