In response to the customer's report, our application is indeed located on the loan; however, you have to check the 'yes' button, and there's a paragraph stating 'by accepting this offer, you authorize the same information that you provided above to be sent to National Platinum. In addition, you hereby authorize National Platinum to debit your bank account for the one time enrollment fee.' It is the consumer's responsibility to read any and all Terms and Conditions, FAQ's (frequently asked questions) or at least contact that company BEFORE enrolling to find out exactly what he/she is applying for. Why would one provide all of their personal and confidential information on an online application before reading everything first? Alice forgot to mention that she did speak with an agent and the agent was very polite, explained in detail what she signed up for, and also advised the customer that she will receive a full refund. We are not hiding behind cash advance companies nor are we conducting business under false pretenses. It'd be alot easier on the customer service agents and the customers themselves if they read first.
