National Portrait Studio Your School Photos Charlie Bates and the company scammed me for a ton of money. They lied to me for several years that they would take care of debt. They cannot be trusted Internet
I went in with a business with Charles and Donna Bates of Moneta Virginia. Purpose was to help them out on the short run. From day one they would not do as promised. They sold their business in Strawbridge Studios without my or the banks knowledge and took some of the money. He also lied to them and they sued. Basically he lied and screwed up his company and in turn screwed me on my loan.
This guy is not to be trusted. He is bankrupt so do not allow him to shoot any photography, especially schools as he will skip on the commissions, and screw you out of payment. Don't work for him as he has no money.

Want to clarify that this is strictly my opinion that he may screw you out of money. Even though he declared personal bankruptcy, and certainly misled me and the bank, along with not paying others, he may not screw you out of money. But I would certainly get as many assurances, or collateral as you can and make sure you are not too far in debt as he has certainly shown in the past not to do as promised. Again, this is my opinion based on how he both lied to me and left me out to dry as to his loan.
