National Publishing Xchange The National Xchange Group Missing Magazines Palm Coast Florida
February 2016 I got a phone call from National Publishing Xchange offering me 2 Magazines for the low rate of $1.30 a week for 24 months of service. It sounded good. In February 2 payments and 1 payment in March 2016 were billed to my credit card, each charge was $49+. As of 6/12/16 I have not received my magazines. I called them last week and was told that someone would return my call with 48 hours. It has been more than that. I checked with Ripoff Report this morning and learned I wasn't the only one. After talking with "Ripoff Report" I talked with the Credit Card company and they are going to issue a new card and try to get the charged items reversed which could take some time.
