Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had to put down a $500. for the first payment. Then after it's been $39.90 every month for about a year now. My girlfriend has been getting on me about these weird magazines that I get once in awhile. Gq, Maxium PC, Business Week, some kind of weird science magazine. Sometimes I don't even bother to see what the magazines are I just throw them away.

It all started with a phone call on my cell phone. Turns out I won a brand new Rolex. I was so excited. I mean here I am.. 24 years old and the most expensive thing I ever got was a $80. gaming card. So they asked for my information and I'm happy to give it to them because I can't wait to wear that new ROLEX!!! Well turns out I had to subscribe to their magazines. I'm thinking "hey it's not that bad". 1 magazine won't be that bad! Yeah RIGHT!!!!!! I had to pay $500. upfront then $39.90 every month after that. I'm 26 years old now. I've tried many many many MANY MANY times to cancel my account with them. They tell me that I had subscribed for 3 more years or so. Apparently I made a contract with them without my knowledge. They won't let me cancel anything. I had been calling the magazines companies myself and trying to cancel with them with no luck.

Now, the turn around. I was getting tired of calling them every month. I've told them many times I'm living on my own now and work isn't the way it used to be and that 40 bucks would come more in handy then paying them every month for something I'm not even receiving nor would I buy at the grocery store. Stupid magazines that I don't have time or would ever want to read. After the last attempt I went to the bank and canceled my debt card which I've had since I was 18 and got issued a new temp card.

I've received a call from a company... Didn't catch the name they just said I owe them $39.90. I asked them to cancel my account. After multiple attempts to get the caller to cancel my account he panicked and said someone will call me later.

Today August 16th, 2010 I've received a letter from Treasure Coast of Fort Myers FL saying pay $39.90 or pay the whole remaining balance of $877.80 or enclose a personal check or money order of $94.80. OK THESE BALANCES DON'T EVEN MAKE SENSE!! What is really funny is that this doesn't even look like a normal bill from the big companies. No logos, No real address, P.O. Box as the real address. I looked it up and first thing I see is Rip-off Report. They have no website. All these years they've been taking money from my debt card. Now they are sending me bills because they can no longer take money. Ok, I'll do the math for you.

1st payment 500.
39.90 per month for 2 years 957.60
remaining balance 877.80
contract doesn't end for another 3 years. 1436.40

Add everything up.....   $3771.80

Wow I should just have saved all the money and got myself a real Rolex because guess what..... I never got the Rolex they promised me. I will post this on BBB. I've already sent in a email to CNBC about this Scam. I'll do whatever I can to get this fixed and hopefully get some money or respect back. This is the biggest scam ever. I'll put this on Facebook, Myspace. Twitter if I have to. This company needs to be stopped. RIGHT NOW!! If anyone knows of any help please tell me.

Thanks for reading.
