On Wed. 23,2004 I received a phone call from Ben with the National Recovery Services. He claimed that I had lied about the abuse that I received from him when I had called and told him that I had canceled my check. He had even stated that I didn't hold to my verbal agreement when I said that I would pay for his product. But my understanding of what the product didn't include an investigation into the illgal practices of how they still got the $98.00 out of my account when the check was canceled. He left a very long and upset message on my service but didn't offer my money to be returned, or pay for the overdraft charges on my now old account. This has cost me $237.00, plus the hassle of having my account frozen, having to open a new account, inform creditors of this problem aswell as having my direct deposts cancelled, and last of and the most upsetting is not having any money available until Thanksgiving is over. Will I ever see my money? I doubt it....But the Attorney General is involved as well as Better Bussiness. I'm very discussed that they are allowed to continue the lies that they will not take responsibiliy for. I have also wrote the News Tribune with the fraud in the misreprsentation in the paper and to the customer. After all Ben when did you tell me that your company was under investigation with the BBB and the Attorney General?
