Unfortunately I stumbled across this site AFTER we had moved. Thankfully, it appears we came out ahead of where most others did. We did receive all of our stuff, but through the same scam as others experienced - the first truck was not big enough, plus they arrived 1 day early unannounced. The second truck came and they tried to charge extra, but we were adamant against that and won that battle thankfully.

We signed an order with National Relocation, who sub-contracted I guess you would say with Ferrari Moving.

So many nicks, cuts, bumps, and chips to name. Filed a report and after several months of non-communication, delay tactics, changing requirements for filing, I threatened to sue. Then we received a letter from the adjustment company (Fox Transit Adjustment - Barbara Anne Fox, Elizabethtown, PA - 717-367-6982) that she approved $567 to be paid out and was informing Ferrari Movers.

After waiting a few weeks for the check but not receiving one, I called her back and heard the dreaded sound that the number has been disconnected. We then called Ferrari Movers at 321-443-5512 and heard the same, the number had been disconnected. I guess they must disconnect their numbers about every 3 months so they can't be tracked down.

Also, I think the fact that you are even browsing this website is proof that many people are trying to track her down and complaining about her activities.

I am sorry for your loss, I truly am. But she absolutely did not run her business with integrity. She stonewalled and changed her requirements at every turn, and ultimately 5 months after we filed our report did nothing she committed to. This complaint is legitimate whether she is still alive or not.

For your information, and that of anyone else who has a problem with Fox Transit, my sister Barbara, who was the owner of Fox Transit Adjustment, died on Lung Cancer on September 7, 2007. That is why her number has been disconnected, and not because you are being cheated by her. She was a woman of integrity and she ran her business according to her high standards. I would appreciate it if people would be careful as to their assumptions.
