My husband was starting a small business and came across the website for National Small Business Alliance. He was interested in information for small business loans and small business asstance. It was over 3 months ago that he inquired about this company. Well now our checking account has been hit twice. Once in the amount of $239 and now for $149. He called two months ago when the first debit was made and told someone then to cancel the account. He was never informed that there was a price for this information. Now the account has been hit again by the same company. I am filing a complaint with any and every place that will listen or has a complaint department. I have also called the local news station. People just starting out need to know about this and be aware of these people. We have been told that we should be getting our money back. From what I have read about this company I will believe it when I see it.

Lisa, Our complaint rate is less than one-quarter-of-a-percent. It is the lowest in the industry by a factor of 10. In other words, 99.975% of the people signing up have not complained. Regarding our Internet sales, the disclaimers are clear and distinct. If you or your husband would ever take the time to read them then you would see exactly what I am referring to. The comment about releasing checking account information was to reinforce the fact that your husband should have realized that there were to be charges. Also, we have helped thousands of companies, that is, people who used the benefits as they were designed. Your comments are out of line and based upon limited facts. If you took the time to really study what we have to offer, you could see the real value. Unfortunately, it appears that you would rather invest time in being irate. It really doesn't do anyone any good. As requested, please contact me directly so that I can make sure you do get your refund. HA ..If everything was spelled out as you say I doubt there would be so many complaints about being scammed.

I think you mislead people into what you are offering and what you are going to charge them for it. As for feeling sorry for my husband for the reaction I may have to your email. He is not the one who should be feeling sorry. Instead of calling my husband stupid you should appologizing for the misunderstanding and try to make it right. I find your attitude very rude and not customer friendly in the least. I am sure anyone who reads it will feel the same. My husband is the one who realized he had gotten taken by your company. If he didn't work all the time to make a living he would do this himself. He doesn't feel your company is worth wasting another minute on. I on the other hand can always find time to warn others. If your company was on the up and up there wouldn't be postings all over the internet about you regarding similiar instances. In every response from you all you can say is that people are STUPID for giving out personal information. I must say you are right. People are stupid for trusting your company. As for why he gave out private banking information is becasue he was led to believe he was going to be assisted with a small business loan and your company would need that information to get him that loan. I think you just take advantage of people who are trying to make it on there own. I hope anyone considering doing business with you will read your response to everyone and realize how you do business. Since we have called for a refund and were told we should be getting one in 30 days. I will be posting the results of this action. Unfortunately, I am sure it will turn out the same as everyone elses.

Lisa, The problem is that your husband simply did NOT read the disclosures before submitting. Everything is clearly and succinctly spelled out. There is no room for misinterpretation. Let's look at it this way; why in God's name would anyone provide their complete checking account information and then NOT expect to be charged anything? Think about it. To your husband, I apologize in advance for the reaction your wife will probably have towards you from this response but I do strongly suggest that you read what you are committing to avoid such situations.
