National Vacation Consolidators Promise to refund me my money over 2months ago I have not recieved my refund yet ripoff Orlando Florida
I came into agreement with National Vacation Consolidators in June of 2004. I paid $499.00 to this company to help me sell my Silverleaf timeshare. I was promised by the sales person that they would sale my property with in 30 days or less. But I was assured that it would not be longer than 2months at the most.
Once I signed on and paid my money, the person to person contact ended. At this point everytime I call, I would get the message center. This is where someone takes your message and e-mails your message the a sales representive.Who may take days to return your call.
I gave the company 3 months to sale my property and it never sold, I left message after message for my sales person. I became very worried. Once I left a firm message, I would recieve a empty promise call. But there was still no action.
In October I made a request for my funds to be refunded. I called and left messages of my request and I e-mail my concerns and request for my refund to the company. I was told it would take ten day for my refund to be processed. I never recieved that refund.
I called on November 22, 2004 and left messages that I was going to report the company to anyone who would listen. And that was going to contact a Lawyer for help in obtaining my refund. The next day I get a call from someone from National Vacation Consolidators, who claimed there was a mixed with my refund but she had cleared it up. I have not recieved my refund and it is now December 18, I'm still leaving messages and emails in efforts to obtain my Refund !!
