National Warranty Of Florida, Inc. Will Not Respond To My Licensed Repair Facility To Authorize Repairs Wheat Ridge Colorado
National Warranty of Florida, Inc has not responded to requests for approval of an extended auto warranty repair.
My licensed repair shop has called at least 7 times from 6/15 to 6/19, 2009 and can not speak with a real person or customer service rep. He has spent hours this week and only goes to phone hell! After numerous number commands he gets to listen to several songs and then the phone is disconnected. This is not fair to me or the repair shop. Time is money. We both need to get the repair authorized to insure payment by the company.
The repair needed must be completed to prevent further damage to the vehicle.
If the company does not respond early next week I will be taking legal action.
