On 11 January 2010 I contacted NWC (National Wholesale Company, Inc) operating website www.profitbig.com, after about 8 phone calls I was finally able to speak with Suzanne Polino. We talked for about 30 minutes and she was explaining the details to me and telling me about the products they offered, and encouraging and pleading with me to become a dealer. I decided to join to become a dealer. After giving Suzanne Polino my credit card information for my membership, she stated that I was in luck that my product packet will be shipped the very same day. I received a credit card receipt the same day and she claimed I would also receive a welcome letter, which I never received. 7 days later, after countless phone calls with no answer, I was finally able to contact Suzanne Polino. I asked her about my order, she claimed again it will be shipped in the next 5-7 business days. I asked her why I didnt receive the welcome letter or any other information. She said she will send me a welcome letter with a link to the dealers site via email, in which she did. After viewing the dealers website, I found that Suzanne Polino and the first sign up website was misleading, they do not have many of the products she and the other signup website claims, policies and practices were not enclosed in the signup website prior to viewing the dealers website, in which I totally disagree with the dealers website policies, had I known about the dealers website policies I would have never signed up. Plus the prices are nothing close to wholesale, and they charge additional fees for credit card transactions. They claim to be Americas number one wholesale dropshipper and guarantee the lowest prices or your money back. In my opinion they are the highest priced wholesaler. After viewing the site I tried about ten times to contact Suzanne Polino and they would not answer the phone or return voicemail calls. To this day I still havent received the dealers package for the $142.99 I paid. At this point I wouldnt accept the package if it did arrive. I sincerely believe that this company is misleading and as well dealing in false advertising. I would like whomever concerned to help me recover a full refund of $142.99 from this company. Their practices are a disgrace to the corporate and business community and make it hard for honest companies to be trusted by consumers.
