Terry @Nationwide set up shipping for my 2010 Lexus ISC250 convertible on 10/31/2016; from Florida to Texas. I had had my vehicle shipped through this company in the past. Terry sent invoice via email; told me to pay deposit $100.00; that vehicle would be picked up on 10/31/2016 for a 11/03/2016 delivery.
Received call from person at pickup address 11/01/2016 around 11pm stating that my vehicle had not been picked up. Called Terry on 11/02/2016; informed him that vehicle had not been picked up. He got another carrier at my request; Reload Auto Transport; contact person Fernando; informed by Fernando that vehicle would be picked up 11/02/2016. I informed Fernando that I was still expecting my delivery date of 11/03/2016. I was told it would be delivered early part of weekend 11/05/2016. Called both companies on 11/04/2016 to get status; no answer from Reload. Called Nationwide to get status. Told by Kristen@Nationwide that when she called reload; she was told that my vehicle was scheduled for delivery 11/07/2016. I called Reload on 3 way with Kristen on the line. Reload reinterrated to me that vehicle would be delivered on 11/05/2016. While Fernando still online; I asked Kristen if this is what she was told; she said no. Reload disconnected call. As of this date; 11/07/2016; I have not received a callback nor my vehicle. I have sent numerous emails to Terry and the owner Jason Foltze; no response.
I have called the police; only to be told that this is a civil matter. I have reported these companies to BBB. I have called the FBI and am about to notify all national tv stations and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
