I recieved the form to send this company 38$, But do to this web site my wife found I was able to look this company up and catch the scam before being scamed.
Now let me let you in on what I did for you people who got the shaft from nationwide c.s. I filled out a Check for 38$ and took a picture of the check and sent it in along with a nice little letter explaning how this would be the closest theyever get to my f##kin money and to stop ripping off hard workin americans like yourselves and I!
thanks to this web and all you good people who stand up for themselves I Didnt get the shaft. Thanks again and keep stickin it to companies like these.
