So insignifigant that i fogot her name. We are a moving company based out of Brooklyn New York. We are signed up with Nationwide moving services. when ever a job is booked or put on their load board, we get an email. On this specific job, we called and signed the acrrier agreement (Please note that this is the ONLY job we have EVER taken from Nationwide). the job was paying 761.00 we drove up to Vt to pick up roach infested storage locker, and kept constant contact with the customer, advising them the price and the weight. the night before we arrived I called the customer and her husband answered the phone and was rude. We advised him of the charges ... Not one CENT above what was agreed upon. We drove through out the entire night. Arrived on time in NH to DRUNK husband. WE called the Police and the police said it looked like a civil matter. they ASKED us in the interest of peace to lower the price and we did it as a courtesey. I did not want to but I did it for the police. The police had to restrain the fat drunken husband because he was not on the contract and he was loud and boistrous. He physically threatened us and when we were face to face he changed his tune. Nationwide moving services has agreed to pay us the remaining 200.00 we are owed, but they do not answer their phone. SuperVanMan has been in business for over 24 years rated #1 by time out NY magazine, worked for THOUSANDS of customers and maintains one of the best movers in the nation. This customer was literally DRUNK. RUDE and IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE. Yes we did refuse to take her items in the house because we did not get paid in full and the police said its not in their contract leave it in the street. BE GLAD IT MADE IT TO THE GARAGE!! We worked hard and LOST money on this job. Its not fair that people like this scum can be allowed to verbally bash our good company and it be believed.

Unlike the other moving companies, we are not on here to tell 'our side' of the story. We do not want to argue or put down a customer who is angry enough to go on the internet and file a report about our company. That is our fault as a company if we let it get to that point. However we do want to rectify the situation with you, and the way that we go about that with quality service is through Athem Claims Management. Please contact them or our customer service so that we will have a chance to make the situation right. Anthem Claim Management 2351 W.
