Nationwide Recovery Syst - AT&T Wireless Ruining my credit. AT&T's cancellation fee not waived, Lies, lies, lies!! Carrollton Texas
I called AT&T about early termination of contract fee to be waived becasue they do not provide service in Antarctica where i was headed to work at a government facility. They gave me a fax number and told me no problem. All they needed was proof that i was actually there with a utility bill with an address.
I am working at Mcmurdo station in Antarctica and we are provided room and board and the only address is the Apo post office address. So i had our human resources department fax all the info explaining where and why i was here.
My credit report still indicates i owe them and I am pissed off because this was supposed to be resolved and now has been hurting my credit this whole time.
