The skin care items I bought from this store made my face break out. The store will only exchange. I want a refund. I don't trust this company. Below are the details of this transaction.
On May 9, 2014, I purchased numerous skin care products from the Forever Flawless line at the Natural Beauty Spa location in Phipps Plaza. Unfortunately, these products made my face break out. When I brought the products back to the store on June 6, 2014, I was reminded of the store's 14-day exchange-only policy. Even though more than 14 days had passed, the store exchanged the Forever Flawless items for similar items from the Adore line because my face was so obviously broken out and I'm not exactly 20-something.
I was informed that the store was no longer carrying the Forever Flawless line, which four weeks earlier was described to me as "botox in a bottle." The store has every right to discontinue the line; however, there's a more professional way to do so. For example, disclosing that the line is being phased out at least a month in advance. (Even Kroger puts a close-out tag on items they're no longer going to be carrying.)
Products this expensive need to be backed by a money back guarantee that covers situations like mine. Adverse reactions to products happen quite often. It's how a store handles problems like this that defines its character. This company is lacking in character. In a nutshell, they do not stand behind their products.
I can't help but feel deceived regarding the Forever Flawless line. I also can't help but wonder if the Adore brand is the same product as Forever Flawless, just with a different brand name. I have not touched the Adore items I got in exchange.

As Dave mentioned, we exchanged his first purchase after he wasn't completely satisfied. Apparently he still wasn't 100% satisfied, and he posted this review. When we read his complaint, we reached out to him directly to see how we could make his experience better.
