The site naturalplaza.com contains false advertisement for their Silkiss shampoo. Their site contains picture of a 1 Liter shampoo bottle for a .5 Liter bottle even though their site does not sell 1 Liter bottle. For example, this site (http://www.naturalplaza.com/ user_productlist.jsp? cmbcatlist=5&cmbsubcatlist=8)
contains pictures of 1 Liter bottles next to .5 Liter products.
When the product actually arrives, the bottles are .5Liter, no where near the size of the bottle posted on their website. This is misleading, why post a pictures of 1 Liter bottles when naturalplaza.com only sells .5Liter bottles?
When online customers shop, most customers perceive products visually, that is they buy things based on pictures posted on a retailor's website. If the picture does not corresponde to the product a web retailor trying to sell, they must asterisk the picture with a note, so not to mislead their customers.
