Natural Source Store - South Beach Smile Trial South Beach Brite SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, Horrible Service, Unproffessional davie, Florida
I purchased the south beach brite "free" trial only paying for shipping which was around 2 dollars.
Right after purchasing, someone called me, whom I figured was the company who received my order. The woman asked me if I wanted to purchase this and purchase that, and I said NO! "I do not want anything else from you guys, please take my name off of that, so I don't get charged for anything extra..I just want the free trial" She kept pushing and pushing so I said, No, and hung up on her.
I received one free trial Whitening brush. That's it.
I later got billed for 78.95 for who even knows what. It said that Natural Source Store had billed me. This was the FIRST I had even heard of the company. Nothing on the website said anything about contacting them to cancell the trial, nor did the lady say I needed to call another number to cancell.
I called and got on the phone with this rude, unproffessional twerp who denied me a manager. He said "There is nothing we can do for your mistake of not reading the fine print!" When I asked to speak to a manager, he said.."Why? No, I don't think so. They will not help you." I ended up getting very upset, cursed at me and cried on the phone because I was so frustrated. I've never been treated SO BADLY from a company.
I tried a different number, left my number and another man called me back and said It was my fualt for not reading the terms. Even though I told the person that called me that I didn't want ANYTHING else, and to take my name off right then and there, because I didn't want any other charges. She said okay, kept pushing for me to purhase other things. I never even heard of Natural Source Store until they billed me for a puny little whitening tube that I used for 5 days.
For as many complaints as I see on this company...I see I won't be getting refunded.
If there is some sort of rally against this company...please contact me. I would like to go down and strangle them all....even being 5 months pregnant!
What a poor excuse for a company. I hope they sleep good at night knowing they rip innocent people off.
