I worked as dispatcher at this company for a couple of months and witness a lot of dirt. When pay day arrived the mother Vanessa would have you sign a paper saying that , they will have to lower your pay for some weeks , promising you the the remaining balance after they recieve a loan . This is all a scam , because it continued to happen to this day, other employees are reporting. When you were lucky to get paid the mother would take upon herself to lower your pay without notice.Some weeks went by without pay and they would promise to pay you and if you Quit you would never see you pay.
They went a month and a half witout insurance and the trucks sit still because their CSA scores was to high, So Towanna went on the site CSA and lied about the number of trucks they have in order to change the score, this itself is a federal crime.
Stay clear of this illegal operated company.
Another issue , they would drug test the drivers and 30 min later put them into a truck, i was so scared for those drivers. They also run the drivers illegal with no respect in sleeping and resting.
