Complaint Review: Naturally Prime Foods - Matawan New Jersey

Hey guys, Steve called me the other day and left me anohter number that i think is his house line. I don't know if it is or not, but I think it is because I never saw it before. This is another number for Billig (732)970-5806 I don't know what that is to. He is ready to hang up the white flag. I called him 30 times and hung up, and got him upset when leaving nasty comments about his daughters whole. It may be harsh, but I think that is a made up story. I will keep u guy updated as things proceed

Hey guys, I finally found out a way to get through to Steve. I was really bored over the weekend, to I called him about 75 times, and I never picked up the phone. I hung up the phone just so he would see my number, buy t-day (monday) I had a message on my cell phone saying he wants to make up fro the money I lost. That is they way to get through to him. I already notified the police about him, and the department of labor, so just a matter or time. They way to piss him off, is call him 75 times and hang up after two rngs. I realize not all of you have as much free time as I do on the weekends, but if you do, it's the way to get through. I will keep you guys updated as things proceed

I have baounced payroll checks he owes me $801 I am taking him to small claims court. his duaghter was supposed to have surgery in December, same old song and dance. I met John from Scotch Plains at the Court Date on 1/9(?) and I still can't believe the lies he tells. He said his phones were cut, his daughter was sick, he was expanding to new offices, his truck broke down. One night he called me and told me the order was on it's way. My wife and I cancelled our plans to stay home and wait for it and SURPRISE! it never came. I paid him 1500 dollars in August and only after I called the detective mentioned in this report did get him to my house in December. Even then he only showed up with 2/3 of the order. I would suggest that we all figure out a way to share information so that when we finally get our day in court, we have the strongest possible case. Is that what he is saying now? He is activ miltary? This guy has so many lies, he can't keep them straight. I don't think he is active miltary. He doesn't seem like the miltary type. If he said he is, and he isn't he is in more trouble. It seems like this guy telles som any storeis, that he can't seem to keep them all straight PLEase let me know about further information that you could find out about him. I recieved a phone call from ABC and faxed over to them my bounced check and my bank statement to show how much money I lost. The total was $801 because I forgot to included the $5 bounce fee from Nov 27. So, the total was $796 plus the $5 total is $801, now I have my information I could bring him to small claims court. I don't know how this guy looks his children or family in the eye. I hoep he does some serious prison time

Hi John, Kathy from New Prov again. When you went to civil court and defaulted the first time, did you fill out all the paperwork in regards to whether or not Steve was active military? I'm assuming he is not, but wanted to get confirmation otherwise I'll have to contact all the branches of the military before I can file a judgement against Steve to collect my money. Hey John, Chris here from middleown NJ. I was a former employer of Steve unfortunatelly. He wrote bounced checks on my bank account and ended up oer drawingo n my account. I just got all the information I needed this past week to start my own complaint against this guy. It is a scam and he needs to be brough to justice I completely agee. I thikn we should ask for the DEATH PENALTY!

Like Kathi I got the hole in the heart story too!!! It allowed this theif to change yet another court date. I did actually get the crook into court finally on 01/09/07. Fat lot of good it did. But he's headed for deep poo IF the victims can join together. If you've been had file a theft by deception charge against Billings!!! BUT DO NOT allow him to work a deal with the county prosecuter. Go to trial!!! You will prevail if you can show you paid (cashed check) I accepted a deal w/the prosecuter and it only allowed Billings another few days. He agreed to settle by fed exing a check that never arrived. Also call Brenda Flanagan at channel 9 Tell her you were instructed to do so by "john from scotch plains" you and her can discuss the situation and I think if enough of us contact her (she was a big help for me on a past situation) we will prevail. She was critical in helping me recover money ripped off by another scam. Often the media is more powerful than the law! These theifs know how to work the law BUT if everyone finds out thru the media (pictures)these guys are out of business. Billings almost crapped when I tried to take his picture to post here because once recognized they have to close shop! He has outstanding complaints w/ the div of consumer affairs Let's get him stopped!

Our last court date was cancelled by S. Billings Aparently he was out of town! He also has a a long list of complaints and arrest warrents out against him. He has been at this game for some time now! Tonight we finally face off in court I'll post the results ASAP. I hope the criminal justice system in Matawan, NJ is fair and in-tollerant of this type of indvidual! If this dosen't work I'll start to get the media involved. The media is often a better bet than the law! I'll follow w/ areport that has pictures of this thief!

I have a municipal court date for tues Nov 14. I filed charges at the Matawan PD Theft by deception. Apparently Steve Billings has been running this scam for quite awhile as the county div of consumer affairs is very familiar with him but has done little to stop him!!! the county prosecueter apparently has bigger fish to fry! Anyhow Detective Smith has been very helpful and my plan in court is to have Mr Billings assets frozen. He's pretty smart as his house is under his wifes name and he apparently holds no property in Matawn. He's a genuine thief and I hope he rots in hell. He's only been able to pull this scam because he keeps the dollars amounts fairly low ecept in my case. After municipal court I plan to file civil charges. Anyone having dealings with this low life should come forward and make a case as there is more power in numbers don't be embarassed about being scammed this thief is good at what he does! You're not alone

Here's the latest on the scam being run by nature's prime and naturaly prime foods. Steve Billings finally returned my calls with a story that the company's phone lines had been cut! He again has blown me off and not returned what was supposed to be our conformation of delivery call. He refuses to answer his cell phone and again the company is not returning calls. DO NOT do business with this company they are a sham.
